If you are using Windows Vista operating system and you encounter this issue in your computer's current connection here is what you should do:
1. Go to start menu, in the text box (with 'Start Search' word) type cmd. This will open the command prompt (a form with black background).
2. Then type netsh winsock reset and press enter key.
3. Restart the computer to take effect the resetting. It should connect to the internet now.
